Vertical Centrifugal Casting MachineOur floor and pit mounted vertical centrifugal casting machines are used to produce the duplexed mill rolls, cylinder liners, bronze or copper alloy tubes, brake drums, discs, bottle molds, flywheels and stainless grates, etc. The vertical centrifugal casting machines adopt fully automated systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLC) with functions of automatic pouring, automatic mold coating, automatic mold inner wall cleaning and automatic extraction. The casted product’s diameter ranged from 50mm to 2,000mm with length ranged from 50mm to 2,000mm.

Horizontal Centrifugal Casting MachineOur roller supporting horizontal hot mold centrifugal casting machines are used to produce the long length pipes or tubes, such as iron pipes, alloy steel pipes, bronze or copper alloy tubes, cylinder liners etc. The horizontal centrifugal casting machines adopt fully automated systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLC) with functions of automatic pouring, automatic mold coating, automatic mold inner wall cleaning and automatic extraction. The casted product’s diameter ranged from 50mm to 1,000mm with length ranged from 500mm to 8,000mm.
 

Turntable Centrifugal Casting Machine 

Turntable Centrifugal Casting Machine The turntable Centrifugal Casting Machines are used to produce the high volume of car, motor, truck and locomotive engine liners, bushes, sleeves, cylinders etc. One set of turntable machine is equipped with 6 to 12 cantilever/shaft spindle heads. Each spindle head rotates from one workstation to the next in clockwise rotation. The turntable centrifugal casting machines adopt fully automated systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLC) with functions of automatic pouring, automatic mold coating, automatic mold inner wall cleaning and automatic casting ejection by hydraulic shaft. The casted product’s diameter ranged from 50mm to 500mm with length ranged from 50mm to 500mm. 

Cantilever Centrifugal Casting Machine 

Our horizontal Cantilever/shaft Centrifugal Casting Machines are used to produce the big diameter bronze or copper alloy tubes, cylinder liners, alloy tubes, brake drums etc. The cantilever centrifugal casting machines adopt fully automated systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLC) with functions of automatic pouring, automatic mold coating, automatic mold inner wall cleaning and automatic casting ejection by hydraulic shaft. The casted product’s diameter ranged from 100mm to 1,000mm with length ranged from 50mm to 1,000mm.

Duplexed Mill Roll Centrifugal Casting Machine

Duplexed Mill Roll Centrifugal Casting Machine Our vertical centrifugal casting machines are used to produce the duplexed mill rolls. The roll casting process divided into two steps. The first step is the vertical centrifugal casting of roll shell/outer layer, the second step is the vertical static casting of roll core. The two steps are proceeded continuously in sequence. After the static casting is finished, the newly casted roll will be positioned in the ground pit for curing for 24 hours in a certain degreed temperature. With the high degree of mechanization, both process of the vertical centrifugal casting and static casting can be processed and finished in one machine, thus the casting job can be done with high efficient and labor saving.  

Horizontal Duplexed Mill Roll Centrifugal Casting Machine

Horizontal Duplexed Mill Roll Centrifugal Casting Machine The horizontal type centrifugal casting machines are used to produce the duplexed mill roll shell/outer layer. The roll casting process divided into two steps. The first step is the horizontal casting of roll shell/outer layer, the second step is the vertical static casting of roll core. The two steps are proceeded continuously in sequence in two separated casting sites. After the static casting is finished, the newly casted roll will be positioned in the ground pit for curing for 24 hours in a certain degreed temperature. Comparing with vertical type centrifugal casting machine, the horizontal type roll centrifugal casting machine’s cost is cheap, investment is low and more flexible, but its mechanization degree is low, thus the labor cost is on high side because the two casting process (centrifugal casting and static casting) need to be done by two separated machines in two different casting sites.

Centrifugal Casting Mold

We manufacture centrifugal casting mold for producing ductile iron pipes and grey iron pipes. The centrifugal casting molds are forged made with quality material of 21CrMo10 or 30CrMo. The casting mold’s diameter ranges from 50mm to 1,200 mm and length ranges from 500mm to 8,000mm.
